A little bit about our very talented Chef: Chef Edward has over twenty years of work experience in hotels, country clubs and restaurants business. His also owned and managed his own catering business for several years before coming over to join our Blu Smoke team. His abundance amount of experience also comes from the fact that he's been able to perfect his art by working at top rated hotels in Honolulu, the Baltimore Estate in Ashville, NC and Stormont Trice in Atlanta, GA. In other words, not only is Chef Edward a one of a chef, but so is his art for food.
